With the transition to the new parish database, we are also transitioning to a new provider for our giving envelopes. Ideally, the new system will sync with the database, so each month, the mailing lists will be automatically generated by the company.

As with many transitions, there have been some hiccups this month with process. November was the first month with the new provider and unfortunately there were some issues with the information transfer. We are working to clean up the issues so that everyone is on track to receive the types of envelopes that match their preferred giving frequency.

We are asking for your help in filling out the form, that is linked below, regarding giving envelope preferences. Ideally, we would like to hear from people, if in NOVEMBER only, you have had issues with your giving envelopes. It could be that you received them, but there weren't enough tithing envelopes. There were too many tithing envelopes. You received a packet but you really don't want them or use them. Or, maybe you use them but didn't receive any. If you do not want envelopes AND you haven't received any envelopes, you do not need to do anything.

The list has already been pulled for December, so any notifications that you give us about changes that need to be made, will take effect for the January mailing. We appreciate your patience during the transition and your continued support to the parish.

In the meantime, if you do not have the envelopes that you need, feel free to use a plain envelope with your name written on the outside for your donation. Checks can also just be placed directly in the offertory baskets without an envelope. Our money counters and accounting office are doing a fantastic job recording the donations.
